Room Mate Isabella, Florence

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, although a bit small, were alright and the excellent breakfast made up for it. We were even offered an upgrade for a small additional cost, which was a nice touch. The service, especially from Alessandra, was really helpful and amazing. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to various sites and restaurants. The dining experience was generous, although the cold omelette was a downside at times.

The hotel had beautiful and comfortable rooms, with a modern bathroom and good wifi. However, the noise from the main street over New Year's made it very noisy at night. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly, from reception to room service. The location was excellent, close to everything in the center of Florence, but noise from drunk people on the street at night could be disturbing. The dining experience was perfect with a great variety, but daily coffee amenities were missed two days in a row. Overall, a comfortable stay with some noise and service issues.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room we got was cozy, even though a bit warm due to the high outside temperature. The street view was nice, but sleeping with the window open meant we heard some noise from the street. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Mirko who took care of everything and gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. The location was perfect, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. The dining experience was pleasant, offering a nice spread each morning. Overall, a great value for the money.
